We offer a flat roof moisture mapping service, using state-of-the-art technology to ensure accurate and reliable results.
The moisture mapping service uses the Tramex dec-scanner and accosted moisture meters to determine the relative moisture in the roof build-up.
Reporting
IntegriTest field technicians will scan your roof and provide you with a detailed report that includes a gridded map of the moisture levels and recommendations for any necessary repairs.
What we do in detail
Measuring moisture conditions in flat roofs
The Tramex dec-scanner is a non-destructive moisture meter that can determine the relative moisture levels in a build-up of up to 6 inches (152mm). IntegriTest will attend the site to carry out the moisture map using the dec-scanner and associated moisture meters and take pin measurements at the wettest and driest locations identified by the dec-scanner. Our trusted partners can provide dewatering and roof drying if required.
What roof type does moisture mapping work with?
IntegriTest can carry out moisture mapping on most flat roof constructions including but not limited to:
Warm roof construction with any deck type.
Single-ply membrane,
Built-up felt,
Mastic Asphalt
Hot-Melt
